Exploring the Effect of Different Waste Fillers in Manufactured Sustainable Plastic Aggregates Matrix on the Structural Lightweight Green Concrete

The infrastructure demands for mega cities, urbanization and environmental concerns are pushing smart sustainable solutions. Structural lightweight concrete is gaining popularity in the industry because of its intrinsic properties resisting load being lighter weight. Therefore, this study, a green structural was targeted by fabricating plastic-based aggregate incorporating different industrial by-products to reduce carbon tracks along with an alternate material. Thus, compatibility industrially (dune dust, fly ash, quarry dust) plastic produce evaluated study. major physical characteristics manufactured aggregates fresh, hardened, durability concretes were studied. Results revealed that altering filler type had altered texture size developed aggregate. dune dust showed largest particle size, bulk specific gravity, strength while ones ash smallest water absorption. decrease found be 24.7, 43.6, 29% respectively, once percentage increased from 50 70%. Additionally, all have evidently demonstrated their likely usage applications complying ASTM C330/C330M-14 compressive, flexural, splitting tensile values, addition improved behavior.
